Well, that’s a tough task to say that least, but startup SmartRank thinks they’ve got the secret sauce, promising to stack-rank and filter job applicants without using a resume, and helping companies achieve their DE&I initiatives by removing unconscious bias from the screening process. That’s not all, but you get the idea. Do they have a better mousetrap or just another pile of mouse droppings? Gotta listen
